As a workforce solutions resource, the Hiring Hub has specialists on hand to provide employers with hiring resources and support through:
- Assistance with job postings
- Helpful hiring tips and advice such as successful interviewing
- Connecting employers with local recruiting organizations and other employment resources
- Direct Hire staff through the Hub's placement program
- Job description development and fine-tuning
- Specialized recruiting assistance via a dedicated Engineering & Technology division
To make it easy for employers to take advantage of this program, we have designed a simple process:
- Job postings may be submitted directly to the Hiring Hub specialist
- The specialist will fine tune the ad and post it to the Lubbock Hiring Hub website and additional recruiting resources
- All respondents to the ad will go directly to the Hiring Hub specialist who will pre-screen and pre-qualify the applicants according to client specifications
- Qualified applicants will be forwarded directly to the client
