The Lubbock Hiring Hub's mission is to recruit new talent into Lubbock, connecting job seekers with the Lubbock business community.
Creation Story
Year-over-year increases in job creation, combined with a growing need for qualified candidates in a timely and efficient manner created the need for a recruitment program in Lubbock that would function as a service for current and future employers and job seekers.
The Lubbock Hiring Hub™ is the established workforce recruitment resource to meet this need. Located in Lubbock, the Hiring Hub is a non-traditional, cooperative employment program designed to place civilian workers of all levels with employers in Lubbock. Acting as a neutral recruiting arm, the Hiring Hub connects employers with recruiting and hiring resources and attracts job seekers both inside and outside the Lubbock area with job search and facilitated relocation assistance, where appropriate.
